Hourly base pay: $23 per hour or higher.

We are hiring a part‑time (~30 hrs/wk, 1st shift, M‑F) On‑Site Service Representative in Athens, GA.

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer sites, ensuring inventory levels are maintained by scanning for ordering purposes as stock depletes.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow the designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements at the service site.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probe for customer needs during each site visit and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.

• 3 years of experience in a selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle different technical and operational issues.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Required levels of automobile insurance.
