CompensationHourly base pay: $23 per hour or higher.

We are hiring a part‑time (~30 hrs/wk, 1st shift, M‑F) On‑Site Service Representative in Athens, GA.
You Will- Service multiple customer locations.
- Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer sites, ensuring inventory levels are maintained by scanning for ordering purposes as stock depletes.
- Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
- Follow the designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
- Comply with safety and inspection requirements at the service site.
- Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
- Probe for customer needs during each site visit and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
- 3 years of experience in a selling or service environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
- Collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle different technical and operational issues.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
- Required levels of automobile insurance.
