** Qualifications**
* ** Industry

Experience:

** With 5+ years as a Financial Advisor and an established book of business.
* ** Certifications & Licenses:
** Georgia State insurance license, Series 7 license (required) and a willingness to work towards the CFP and/or CDFA, AIF and any advanced designations.
* ** Tech-Savvy:
** CRMs (Wealth Box, etc) and Microsoft Office.
* ** Passion for Financial Planning:
** Your enthusiasm for guiding clients and deep understanding of their financial needs sets you apart.
* ** Willingness to Learn:
** You already possess a strong grasp of financial planning, investment products, and market trends, but are ready to deepen your knowledge base working with a team with 35+ years of experience.
* ** Exceptional Communication:
** Your ability to analyze complex financial information and effectively communicate recommendations is a key strength.
* ** Detail-Oriented:
** You excel at managing intricate details while working independently or as part of a team.
