Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintain cell culture for various cell lines and prepare cell culture plates. (40%)
- Prepare buffers for multiple projects and perform limited experiments such as TCID
50, RNA extraction, or qPCR. (40%) - Order laboratory supplies. (10%)
- Follow up with companies and coordinate equipment repairs. (5%)
- Maintain chemical/reagent inventory and perform equipment maintenance. (5%)
