Position SummaryThe person will work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and assist the lead full‑time Behavioral Analyst in delivering behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include prompting and reinforcing communication, teaching new skills, implementing protocols to reduce undesirable behaviors, collecting direct observational data, inputting data into computer systems, graphing data, and communicating results to staff and caregivers.
Qualifications & Requirements- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
- Experience in delivering behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Position requires direct interaction/care of children under 18 and security access.
