• Experienced PTA, enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation beyond staged environments.
• Comfortable treating clients in real life experiences such as cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the workplace.

• Provide physical therapy services planned, delegated, and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Confere with the Physical Therapist regularly on the patient’s plan, progress, and concerns.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas.
• Report equipment issues to ensure proper maintenance.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the prescribing Physical Therapist; assist in securing adaptive equipment to enhance function.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in required formats and timelines.
• Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct, HIPAA, corporate compliance, and applicable state/federal laws.
• Participate in internal staff development, meetings, and continuing education as required.

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification, per state regulations.
• Preferred minimum of one year of PTA experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

USD $35.00 - $38.00 per hour.
