Description
Performs diagnostic exams consistent with standard nuclear medicine practices. Demonstrates excellent knowledge in radiation safety, dosing, and hazard management. Assists the cardio‑vascular lab with nuclear stress testing. Maintains current/active QA records in accordance with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Serves on the hospital’s radiation safety committee. Provides call coverage on a rotational basis. Provides coverage at all St. Mary's nuclear imaging facilities to help facilitate time off requests.

QualificationsCurrent registration with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMTB) or with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT, R, N). Graduate of an accredited school of nuclear medicine technology.
