Audiologist - Relocation Assistance Available!
Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Georgia Hearing Center at ENT of Athens is actively interviewing passionate, friendly, and caring audiologists who want to provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for all ages. The focus is on hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow‑up care for a mostly adult patient population. Audiologists collaborate closely with the growing team of otolaryngologists to ensure excellent hearing health care for the Northeast Georgia community.
Responsibilities- Establish rapport with patients and their families
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations for all ages, including VRA/CPA, tympanometry, and reflex testing
- Conduct additional diagnostic testing (CI evaluations, bone‑anchored solutions, OAE, VNG, ECOG, A , Dix-Hallpike, and canalith repositioning maneuvers)
- Analyze results and provide evidence‑based recommendations
- Sell, dispense, and maintain hearing aids across multiple brands
- Select, activate, and follow up on cochlear implants
- Perform validation and verification measurements
- Provide noise protection, ear molds, and community outreach events
- Document and bill in a timely manner
Athens is located about an hour from Atlanta and is home to the University of Georgia, an eclectic music scene, and renowned restaurants. The town boasts collegiate sporting events, the State Botanical Gardens, the Georgia Museum of Art, and venues such as the Georgia Theater and 40 Watt. - Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) preferred;
Master’s Degree candidates will be considered - Georgia licensure or eligibility for Georgia licensure
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients, colleagues, and vendors
- Strong organizational and task‑prioritization skills
- Detail‑oriented
- Two or more years of audiology work experience preferred
- Starting at $85,000 – potential for six‑figure earnings based on experience
- 2.5% bonus eligibility
