About the Role
As a Home Health Aid with Modani Care, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our clients in their own homes. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide personalized care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication administration and management as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Provide companionship and social support to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other caregivers
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
