• Set up events including moving tables, chairs, staging, portable stairs, podiums, buffet and bar set‑up, and speaker equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, food presentation, and quality standards at all times.
• Complete all duties for future banquet events as directed.
• Prepare meeting and event rooms at least 2 hours before contracted time.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and planning sheets.
• Clean up after functions: sweep, mop, clear dishes, reorganize staging areas, store equipment properly, and handle cash/credit card transactions when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of event set‑up equipment and procedures.
• Ability to set up workstations, maintain a safe and sanitary environment, and follow management or client direction.
• Physical ability to move loads up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive motion, and work long hours standing in hot/cold environments.
• Effective communication and decision‑making skills.

Move loads up to 50 lbs.; lift up to 30 lbs.; reach, climb, balance, crouch, twist, crawl, and kneel; work in noisy, hot/cold environments with chemicals and dust; drive may be required; work long hours standing.
