Responsibilities
  • Stock housekeeping closets with linen, amenities, and other supplies (50%)
  • Remove dirty linens and trash from hotel rooms, housekeeping carts, and hallways (30%)
  • Assist with laundry duties (sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen and towels) (15%)
  • Participate in training sessions and department meetings (5%)
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum qualification)
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Dependable, responsible, honest, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under time constraints in a fast‑paced environment
  • Preferred:
    Hotel experience
  • Preferred:
    Customer service/guest interaction experience
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand on feet and walk for long periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and squat
  • Ability to push or pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to lift linen, equipment, and furniture weighing up to 50 pounds
