Preferred Qualifications Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as part of the Human Resources Team in the Terry College of Business. This position is responsible for human resources functions in the College and serves as the backup for the HR and OFA Liaison. This position applies, communicates, and promotes human resources procedural best practices in hiring, position management, and general HR support of all position levels for the college.

This position ensures work and activities are ethically compliant related to confidentiality, security of information, and fiscal accountability. The Human Resources Coordinator is knowledgeable of university policies and procedures and ensures all aspects of the human resources function are focused on providing a user-friendly, positive culture of customer service, good communication, attention to detail and policy, efficiency, timeliness and continuous improvement.
