Preferred Qualifications Position Summary

The Human Resources Specialist supports the HR operations at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel by coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee data, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. This role serves as the primary contact for position management, including reviewing job titles, employee classifications, and maintaining consistency across job descriptions. The specialist also contributes to payroll coordination, reporting, and employee support services, helping to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of HR functions.
