Job Description
You’re the boss, the big cheese, top dog. You’re a natural born leader, so maybe it’s time you moved up. You want to be the head honcho? Well now’s your chance – Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses, more specifically operating partners. It’s a tough job that requires sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, people‑management insight and the ability to multitask.
As an Operating Partner you will run a $1‑2 million business with the safety net of a 43‑store franchise. This experience is invaluable for future growth, guiding and developing future Operating Partners or possibly franchising on your own.
Duties & Responsibilities
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift – cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Lead by example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
Core duties include:
- Staffing, scheduling, and paperwork submission.
- Food management, inventory, and waste control.
- Maintaining image standards and store cleanliness.
- Marketing and profitability.
- Lead a team toward common goals: sell more pizzas, have more fun, and make more dough.
Additional requirements and responsibilities:
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and under stress, while meeting strict quality control standards.
- Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – fielding orders with a smile.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
- Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
- Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork.
- Process telephone orders expeditiously for timely delivery.
- Navigate delivery addresses and diverse terrain while carrying product.
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.

Qualifications
Must have:
- 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a motor‑vehicle record check meeting company standards.
Physical Requirements
- Stand most of the shift; walk on ceramic tile and linoleum, with work surfaces between 36" and 4‑foot.
- Unload product deliveries up to 50 pounds, lift and stack as needed.
- Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs during tasks.
- Use hand‑eye coordination for shaping dough, using a pizza peel, cutter, and folding cardboard boxes.
