A major educational institution is seeking a Baker I to oversee baking operations, including preparing pastries and breads and managing kitchen tasks. This position requires a high school diploma and experience in a baking environment, as well as physically demanding work including lifting and standing for long periods. Weekend work is required. A successful completion of a food-safety training program within six months of hire is mandatory.
