Duties
- Rotating 2-3-2 shift schedule: on Mon‑Tues, off Wed‑Thurs, on Fri‑Sat‑Sun, off Mon‑Tues, on Wed‑Thurs.
- Prepare, set up, and operate filling machines, including dry heat ovens, autoclaves, canning machine, and programmed freezers.
- Pack frozen vaccine for BRT; complete relevant filling documents and perform quality volume checks as required.
- Order and receive materials and supplies; maintain cleanliness of equipment and filling area.
- Assist in other areas as needed; work safely around liquid nitrogen; work in a lab‑type environment.
- Adhere to, review, and execute procedures in accordance with SOPs.
- Operate the centrifugation spinning machine; batch vaccines for filling.
- Demonstrate mechanical or electronic aptitude; be familiar with aseptic filling principles.
- Perform mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and collaborate with maintenance personnel.
- Maintain good documentation practices; batch closing in Oracle.
1 year experience.
