Registered Nurse RN Critical Care

Overview

Registered Nurse – Week Night Availability NO WEEKENDS + Day 1 Benefits!!! & Weekend Option RN Positions available. Critical Care Unit RN y’s Health Care System, working in an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, individualized patient care.

Critical Care has two units:
Intensive Care Unit and Neuro Intensive Care Unit. RN supports the care team in providing care across both units, with growth and development opportunities as staff are trained to work in both units.

• Under limited supervision, assess patients, develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan. Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures specific to the RN’s expertise.
• Be a member of the Care Team and Support Team with accountability to function collaboratively to achieve patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the care of a group of patients for a designated time frame.
• Provide care using the nursing process, therapeutic use of self, environment/technology, and other members of the healthcare team, according to established standards.

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or substantially equivalent to Georgia programs.
• Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
• Prior experience in preferred.
