• Assist a master’s student with data collection at the Whitehall Deer Research Facility.
• Move deer throughout the facility and prepare the site for experiments.
• Help conduct jumping trials in which deer attempt to cross vertical barriers while recorded by an array of high‑speed cameras.
• Perform data entry, organize study materials, and complete any necessary preparation or concluding activities.
• Work outdoors for several hours, potentially including early mornings or late evenings.

• Bachelor of Science degree in progress in wildlife ecology and management or a closely related field.
• Experience moving and handling large mammals, particularly white‑tailed deer, is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, effective communication skills, and willingness to learn.

• Must be able to walk across uneven ground and work in close proximity to large animals.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Driving is required.
