Duties / Responsibilities(1) Data analysis and manuscript preparation. Several lab projects have finished data collection. The postdoctoral associate will organize data files, conduct quality assurance checks, and prepare data for analysis. In partnership with the study PI, the associate will conduct analyses and prepare manuscripts and presentations to disseminate findings. (40%)
(2) Ensure projects are implemented in alignment with proposal and IRB approved protocols. Develop study manuals, modify protocols as needed to improve capacity for meeting aims of proposal, and problem‑solve as issues arise; establish study timeline and supervise research assistants in accordance with data collection goals; meet regularly with project investigators to provide updates on data collection. (40%)
(3) Team organization. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and integration among study team members; coordinate communication and study‑related activities to maximize efficiencies and minimize redundancy in tasks. (20%)
