Duties / Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities (65% of time) include management and implementation of experimental design, coordination of technical support and graduate students engaged with specific research projects, data analysis and optimization of polymer applications, equipment utilization, and analytical evaluation of materials.

Secondary responsibilities (35% of time) include conducting research on a pre‑specified project as well as projects that evolve through collaborative engagement with our current NMI biopolymer and coating teams. Responsible for senior tasks such as experimental design, coordination of technical support and graduate students, data analysis and optimization of polymer applications, equipment utilization. May be involved in project‑specific grant writing, regulatory document preparation and publication where applicable (non‑proprietary or confidential research).
