Duties/Responsibilities:

This position will assist with the trapping and placing of telemetry equipment on primarily wild pigs and some other large mammals.

This position will assist with the sample collection of various samples (Blood, tissue, hair, etc.) form various species of animals.

This position will be responsible for tracking through telemetry and camera devices a variety of animal species.

Position Summary:

This is a field researcher position who will assist with the trapping, telemetry monitoring, and sampling of various mammals. Work will be conducted in various field conditions and be subject to various climate factors (High temps, cold temps, rain, etc.)

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position:

Bachelors degree with previous mammal field work.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies :

2 years field research experience.
