- Design experiments in consultation with project investigator.
- Conduct relevant literature search.
- Conduct experiments using bench and pilot scale conventional and advanced food processing equipment.
- Maintain equipment.
- Procure materials for research.
- Conduct chemical and microbiological instrumental analysis of the processed food samples. Conduct statistical analysis and results interpretation.
- Prepare reports, manuscripts based on the research conducted. Present results. Assist in proposal preparation.
- Assist in conducting industrial outreach and interaction with industry sponsors.
- Assist with other related tasks as a part of the work.
