We’re looking for an experienced Area Supervisor (District Manager) to oversee restaurant operations across the Athens, GA region
. This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops teams with intention, and knows how to drive performance across multiple locations. You’ll be the key leadership link between our restaurant teams and the broader organization, ensuring every store delivers on safety, service, and operational excellence.

• Lead daily operations across assigned Athens-area restaurants
• Coach, train, and develop managers to strengthen performance
• Ensure operational excellence, food safety, and consistent guest experience
• Approve schedules to maintain proper staffing levels
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost-control processes
• Partner with leadership on performance strategies and improvement plans
• Resolve escalated guest issues and support restaurant teams
• Build a positive, growth-minded culture across your district

• 2+ years of multi-unit or supervisory leadership in QSR
• Strong operational knowledge and shift-management experience
• Proven success developing and coaching managers
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
• Ability to lead diverse teams and drive outcomes across multiple locations
• Organized, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

This position requires regular travel between restaurants in the Athens, GA region.
