Back of House Team Member – Athens Chick‑fil‑A (Barnett Shoals)

Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour. Position:
Full‑time & Part‑time.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards.
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen at all times.
• Stay current with new product releases from Chick‑fil‑A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment; report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes.
• Perform all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
