Assistant Manager

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs® Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

• Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure profitability of business by operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for all controllable costs.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
• Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Represent Firehouse Subs® in a professional, positive manner at all times.
• Communicate effectively to the GM/Owner about issues that may impact business.
• Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.

Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000 a year, 401(k) profit sharing plan, paid vacation & more.
