Retail Front End Supervisor - Full Time

Join Burlington Stores as a Retail Front End Supervisor. In this role you will lead the front‑end operations, support store management, drive sales and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Build a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions to maintain exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Lead community relations participation through company programs.
• Manage meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Capable of moving, handling, and lifting store merchandise weighing 40 lb. or more and standing/walking for extended periods.

Base Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
