• Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results
• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
• Demonstrate selling techniques for retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
• Encourage and participate in team selling to help achieve store sales volume and metrics goals
• Assist with visually merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects, including merchandise stock counts
• Handle the cash register at the point of sale

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of shifts, frequently bend, squat and twist
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies
• Visual ability to distinguish fabric patterns and colors
