Front End Service Team Associate

Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Hourly wage will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on scheduling, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front‑End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and thanking customers, processing returns/refunds, carrying out financial transactions, and responding to customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
