Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

The member assistant – cart attendant role involves ensuring members see a well-kept area, assisting with purchases, loading vehicles, and maintaining a positive member experience. You will be on your feet and on the go in all weather to support members and keep the club looking ready for guests.

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternatives; ensures items are packed according to policies and dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and promotes company products and services. Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise according to procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and maintaining carts/area readiness; supports members with transporting items and parking lot cleanliness. Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and communicates progress. Benefits are subject to change. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
