Assistant Manager

You are the star leader, the head honcho who will guide a team of frontline employees to deliver exceptional pizza and service. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for cost control, inventory, cash handling, staffing, scheduling, and customer relations, while upholding all company policies.

• Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Control costs, manage inventory, handle cash, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Staff, schedule, and train employees while ensuring compliance with safety and policy standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, image standards, and a positive customer experience.
• Market product, analyze data, and make timely ethical decisions.
• Handle customer reception, order processing, and delivery communication with a positive demeanor.
• Operate store equipment, facilities, and technology (POS, computer keyboard, touch screen, foot‑paddle).
• Ensure accurate transaction handling and monetary change.
• Support diverse delivery environments with navigation skills and physical stamina.

Physical requirements:

• Standing for most of your shift; walking on ceramic tile/linoleum and 36”‑48” high work surfaces.
• Ability to lift, stack, or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally crouch or bend as required.
• Proficiency in handling pizza dough, peel, and cutter; navigating stairs and uneven terrain.

• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must own an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
