• Resolve customer service issues, answer questions, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Ensure front‑end merchandise meets visual standards.
• Maintain entrance, exterior, and front‑end operations.
• Ensure store standards, operations, and company programs meet expectations.
• Coach, develop, evaluate, and supervise front‑end associates.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a mid‑size to large service‑oriented business (preferred).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods safely.
