We are looking for a natural-born leader to serve as Assistant Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring that our team delivers the best pizza delivery experience in the world.

As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining store profitability through cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Leading and staffing the crew, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
• Handling paperwork, scheduling, and maintaining store image standards and cleanliness.
• Executing marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone or with others, and meeting strict quality control standards.
• Greeting customers with enthusiasm and a positive personality while taking orders and handling concerns.
• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store equipment and facilities.
• Assisting with inventory, stocking ingredients, and completing associated paperwork.
• Processing telephone orders promptly to ensure timely pizza delivery.
• Navigating the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
• Performing accurate calculations for payments and making correct monetary change.
• Using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle with comfort.

To be successful, you should have:

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Full background check clearance.

Daily tasks are performed from a standing position. Key requirements include:

• Walking on ceramic tile, linoleum, and various work surfaces ranging from 36" to 48" in height.
• Unloading bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
• Hand‑eye coordination for shaping dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and packing boxes.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
