Job DescriptionWe are looking for a natural-born leader to serve as Assistant Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring that our team delivers the best pizza delivery experience in the world.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining store profitability through cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Leading and staffing the crew, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
- Handling paperwork, scheduling, and maintaining store image standards and cleanliness.
- Executing marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone or with others, and meeting strict quality control standards.
- Greeting customers with enthusiasm and a positive personality while taking orders and handling concerns.
- Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store equipment and facilities.
- Assisting with inventory, stocking ingredients, and completing associated paperwork.
- Processing telephone orders promptly to ensure timely pizza delivery.
- Navigating the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
- Performing accurate calculations for payments and making correct monetary change.
- Using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle with comfort.
To be successful, you should have:
- At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
- Full background check clearance.
Daily tasks are performed from a standing position. Key requirements include:
- Walking on ceramic tile, linoleum, and various work surfaces ranging from 36" to 48" in height.
- Unloading bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
- Hand‑eye coordination for shaping dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and packing boxes.
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
