Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou are the leader during your shift, responsible for all that occurs. This includes cost control, inventory management, cash management, and customer relations. You must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you lead a team toward a common, outstanding goal: increased sales and employee satisfaction.
- Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, and manage stress while meeting strict quality control standards.
- Greets customers enthusiastically and maintains a positive personality when taking orders and fielding concerns.
- Operates, cleans, and maintains all store facilities and equipment.
- Prepares products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
- Takes inventory, stocks ingredients from delivery area to storage, and completes associated paperwork.
- Receives and processes telephone orders expeditiously to ensure prompt pizza delivery.
- Navigate maps, locate addresses, and handle diverse terrain while delivering orders.
- Performs basic math functions accurately and manages monetary change.
- Uses computer keyboard, touchscreen, and foot-paddle comfortably.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Work primarily standing; must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces range from 36" to 42" high.
- Products up to 50 lbs may need to be lifted and/or stacked.
- May need to crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs occasionally.
- Hand-eye coordination required for shaping dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard boxes.
