Role OverviewWe are seeking a Private Equity Account Manager/Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the private equity industry.
Your role will focus on carrying out account management duties, qualifying accredited investor leads, managing communication, and coordinating initial onboarding with our client’s teams. While outreach and scheduling are part of the job, the real emphasis is on relationship management, organization, and developing a strong understanding of investor and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Investor Qualification:Engage with prospective investors to confirm accreditation status, goals, and liquidity.
- Relationship Management:Keep thorough records of all interactions, follow-ups, and statuses to ensure a smooth investor journey.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange appointments between qualified investors and our clients’ investment teams.
- Lead Nurturing:Reconnect with past contacts and provide updates on opportunities.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and communication strategies.
- Experience:1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, account management, finance, or related fields preferred.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Communication:Strong verbal communication skills with an aptitude for client service and professional interaction.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented:Comfortable working within established systems and keeping meticulous records.
- Proactive & Resilient:Able to engage prospective investors and maintain a professional, positive presence.
- Direct exposure to the private equity and financial services industry.
