Responsibilities
  • Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs
  • Work with hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius
  • Utilize the strength of a well-known brand to generate more business through referrals and prospecting
  • 100% commission with commission bonuses; outside sales consultants on average earn $50k-$70k first year, with top performers earning well over $100k
  • Earn while you learn: paid training to learn the business
  • Representing Empire Today with professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Valid local driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
  • Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
  • Availability for evening and weekend appointments
  • Direct Seller Contract
  • Delivery of excellent customer service
  • Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations
  • Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel
