- Valid local driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
- Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
- Direct Seller Contract
- Delivery of excellent customer service
- Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations
- Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel
