Carpenter; Bathroom Remodeling

Woodland Bath Company is a locally owned and operated bath remodel company. We are seeking individuals that are mastering their craft, great communicators, willing to learn, attention to details and willing to provide a white glove level of service that our homeowners deserve and expect.

Woodland Bath Company is looking for top notch trained professionals with the ability to demo/install complete bathrooms. Bathroom Installers are responsible to demolition and install all aspects of bathrooms including showers, baths, sinks, toilets, flooring and storage units.

Woodland Bath Company will provide W2 employees with company truck, trailer, and all tools necessary to complete projects. Helper provided as needed. Hourly with commission based pay structure.

• Check-in with the Production Manager every morning to review projects of the day, set expectations, answer any questions
• Experience in all aspects of bathroom remodeling
• Utilize a helper when needed
• Preferred familiarity with proper installation of acrylic products
• Demo of existing bathroom; haul away debris. Keep jobsite spotless
• All construction work as it relates to the bathroom (demo/install all aspects of a bathroom)
• Preparing materials, delivering to job site, etc.
• Requires more advanced carpentry skills like building walls
• Light Plumbing
• Light drywall
• Extreme attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Perform walk-through, answer questions and communicate open / turn in all necessary updates and/or documents at end of job to the Production Manager.
