Concrete, Foundations & Operators – Power Serve
Join Power Serve as a Concrete, Foundations & Operators specialist. This role brings together three critical positions—Concrete Tradesman, Drilling Rig Operator, and Equipment Operator—to support the construction of high‑voltage substations, transmission lines, and related infrastructure across Florida and beyond.
OverviewAs an integral member of our Foundation, Conduit & Grounding (FCG) team, you will safely operate and maintain equipment to build foundations that power community utilities. The work will primarily be located in South Florida, with occasional out‑of‑town travel and flexibility for weekend or overnight assignments based on project requirements and utility clearances.
Responsibilities- Operate drilling rigs, concrete mixers, and other equipment to construct pier foundations and other structural elements for transmission lines and substations.
- Collaborate with existing South Florida crews to learn Power Serve work methods and safety procedures.
- Maintain a good driving record and reliable transportation; a valid Florida driver’s license is required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while ensuring efficient equipment operation.
- Experience as a concrete tradesman, drilling rig operator, or equipment operator in the utility industry.
- Strong knowledge of foundation construction for high‑voltage transmission infrastructure.
- Capacity to work 5 days a week, including weekend and overnight shifts as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
