Responsibilities and
Job Requirements:
* "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
* Complete resident and property service requests
* Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:
* HVAC, painting, plumbing,
* Pool maintenance, grounds
* Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
* EPA or CPO certification a plus!
* Must have valid Driver's License
