JES Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for an on-site role in Warner Robins, GA. The position focuses on basic residential maintenance support, unit turns, and curb appeal to sustain property condition and resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is punctual, eager to learn, and professional, with ability to complete work orders, assist with painting and cleaning, and work overtime as needed; training in HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards will be provided.
