You roll up to a customer site with a small service crew (typically 1–2 teammates). A facility manager points to ceiling stains. You trace the water path, check penetrations, and get hands-on with EPDM, TPO, PVC, or metal details. You document conditions with photos, build a precise repair scope in a mobile app, and execute a lasting fix—then communicate what you found and how you solved it.

Before leaving, you note a few preventive items, ensuring the building stays dry long after the rain moves on.

What you’ll handle

Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems).Complete remediation and service repairs accurately and efficiently.

Inspect roofs, capture photos, document conditions, and develop repair scopes.

Lead and work alongside a 1–2 person service crew.

Communicate clearly with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.

Use mobile service applications for inspections and repair reporting.

Identify additional repair or maintenance needs during visits.

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.

Work safely and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

What you bring3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs and diagnostics).Proven ability to independently locate and fix roof leaks.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Strong safety mindset and working knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reporting.

Reliable, detail-focused, and adaptable as priorities shift.

Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.
