Director of Talent & Culture at Pros responsive Logistics

Join our high‑energy, devoted team of motivated go‑getters at Prosresponsive Logistics! We are looking for a self‑starter who is excited to jump into a customer‑oriented role in the transportation and logistics industry at our Atlanta headquarters near the Hartsfield‑Jackson Airport. Prosresponsive Logistics is a third‑party logistics company (3PL) focused on building relationships externally with customers and carriers, and internally with our co‑workers.

In this full‑time role you will assist Account Managers on the Athens team and support their assigned customer accounts.

Base salary: $42,500
Eligibility for monthly commission

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm ET, in‑office everyday

• Continuous awareness of customer appointment‑setting needs
• Input freight into the TMS system
• Upload/scan tenders into the load
• Set pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers
• Notify Account Managers of any scheduling issues on a very timely basis
• Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external contacts
• Participate as a member of the account management team and provide expertise
• Provide input for streamlining processes
• Document shipping and receiving requirements for all locations
• Show development into the role and prove ability to engage with customers directly

• College degree (2‑year degree accepted)
• Professional speaking voice and demeanor

• Drive to deeply learn the ins and outs of a transportation brokerage
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Tech‑savvy
