Waste Pro USA is currently hiring for an Experienced Roll Off Driver. The role involves delivering and emptying large containers for our commercial customers.

• Secure containers by attaching hook, raising the bed, securing straps, and tarring as necessary.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to the general public and customers, exhibiting a positive attitude toward the company, customers, and municipal goals.
• Answer customers’ questions and direct them to Customer Service or Sales Representatives as needed.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections per Waste Pro procedures and DOT guidelines; complete safety lane activity and DVIR daily. Inspect under hood, under the carriage, and check fluid levels and air tires.
• Maintain a clean truck; wash exterior weekly and inspect/clean the vehicle as outlined.

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL in the state where the position is located; clean driving record required.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Knowledge of refuse collection policies, procedures, and DOT/state requirements for commercial motor vehicle operators.
• Normal hearing and visual ranges, with or without correction.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Maintain written records and service responses.
• Good English speaking and reading skills to communicate with customers, coworkers, dispatch, supervisors, understand highway and traffic signals, and make legible paper‑work entries.

• Attend and participate in company‑sponsored training courses as assigned.
• Stay current on relevant technology used by Waste Pro.
• Perform additional job duties assigned by the supervisor.
