Southeast Regional – Tunnel Hill Based | Home Weekly | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description:
We’re hiring Southeast Regional drivers based out of Tunnel Hill. This is a great opportunity for CDL‑A drivers seeking consistent weekly home time, solid pay, and reliable support. If you’re detail‑oriented with your trip planning and looking for steady regional miles, this position is for you.

Position Highlights:

• Home Time: Weekly (34‑hour reset at home)

• Average Miles: 2000+ miles/weekly

• Pay: $0.56 – $0.60 CPM (based on experience)

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,400 gross

• Freight: 100% no‑touch freight

  • 50–60% drop and hook

  • 40–50% live unload

Equipment:

• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths

• 24/7 operations support

Bonuses and Extra Pay:

• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 total

  • $500 after first load

  • $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at time of payout)

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (after 2 hours)

• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

• Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (starts the first of the month after hire; must be active at time of payout)

Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience in the last 36 months

• Clean driving record

• No SAP drivers

• Must complete and pass an extensive road test during orientation
