Warehouse Coordinators verify data and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments, kit assembly, and inventory management responsibilities. Warehouse clerks also prepare items for shipment by carefully wrapping and packaging products to prevent damage during storage and transportation. Specialists are responsible for selecting appropriate packaging materials to protect the product integrity, but also to optimize the size and weight of the shipped item(s) in consideration of the transportation method, applicable export regulations, and customer and carrier requirements.

- Utilizes forklift, pallet jacks, dolly, and other material handling equipment to transport materials; may operate overhead or jib crane (Forklift certification upon employment is required); verifies equipment is operating correctly and safely; performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance as appropriate.
- Receives, unwraps, inspects, and stores incoming materials; responsible for accurately recording counts, weights, condition, and storage locations for received items. Documents discrepancies and damage; corresponds with suppliers and procurement & accounting as needed to resolve damage and shortage issues.
- Packages products to protect from damage during transportation and storage; examines shipments to ensure they meet customer requirements and comply with carrier requirements, export regulations and customs documentation & compliance. Ensures shipping documents are accurate and complete, and that all packages are adequately labeled.
- Verifies accuracy of orders and maintains accurate records of shipments; compares identifying information and counts, weighs, and measures items to verify against bills of lading, customer orders, or other records.
- Completes appropriate paperwork and data entry in ERP or other systems in compliance with internal processes and quality procedures.
- Manages inventory of shipping materials and supplies; monitors and communicates expiration date status on applicable inventory and communicates with procurement to avoid stock‑outs.
- Initiates other internal processes as appropriate.
- Scans documents and performs data entry and other administrative support duties as required.
- Maintains a clean and organized, safe work area.
- Follows directions consistently and accepts responsibility for his/her actions and work product.
- Complies with applicable manufacturing processes, work procedures, and supervisor instructions.
- Adheres to safety guidelines and procedures; proactively identifies job hazards and collaborates with leadership to minimize hazards and ensure employee safety.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance on‑site at the work site is required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a warehouse role performing stocking, order picking, and/or packaging is required.
- Forklift experience with a satisfactory record of safe operation is preferred.
- Experience with export compliance and international shipping is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and accurately interpret pick tickets, bills of lading, and similar inventory documents.
- Attention to detail and demonstration of accurate counting, measurement, and associated record‑keeping.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Consistently legible handwriting (English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- ERP experience is preferred.
- Regularly stand and walk throughout the facility, stand for long periods to perform job duties.
- Regularly lift, carry (short distances), and push/pull up to 60 pounds.
- Frequently climb steps, stairs, or ladders.
- Frequently bend, crawl, stoop, squat, or kneel.
- Accurately distinguish colors, letters, and numbers.
