  Maintain customer records, document interactions, and follow guidelines.

  Meet service and performance goals through efficient case handling.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Language Skills:
  Native or near-native in French, with a good command of English (C1).
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer Service Skills:
  Strong phone handling, active listening, and customer-oriented approach.
• Communication & Adaptability:
  Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different personalities.
• Organizational Skills:
  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
