The OpportunityWe are seeking a Project Leader who is a Registered Architect or who is in the process of obtaining registration to join our Athens, Ohio, office. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to design and manage meaningful projects from concept through completion. We’re looking for an architect who thrives on responsibility, values collaboration, and enjoys building strong client relationships.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects through all phases of design and construction
Oversee project documentation, schedules, and budgets
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results
Contribute creative and practical solutions to the design process
Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Licensed Architect (Ohio registration or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
5+ years of professional architectural experience preferred
Proven ability to manage projects from design through construction administration
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Experience with K–12, higher education, civic, or healthcare projects is a plus
Proficiency in Revit and other design software tools
