Position
The Psychology Department at Ohio University invites applications for a tenure‑track, endowed‑chair position in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, beginning in August 2026.
Qualifications- Graduated from a distinguished I/O program.
- Substantial record of publication in top I/O journals such as Personnel Psychology and Journal of Applied Psychology.
- Maintain an active, high‑quality, fundable research program.
- Direct graduate student research.
- Teach graduate and undergraduate courses (typical load 1–2 courses per semester, with opportunity for summer teaching).
- Participate in departmental, college, and university service.
