We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to deliver quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift
• Helping departments meet their goals
• Managing crew, scheduling, training

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
