Annual pay ranges may fall between $33,280 - $68,640. Bonus and other benefits may also be offered.

General Position Summary

Retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. They foster passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting customer needs, providing exceptional experiences, maintaining meticulous product presentations, and serving as subject matter experts.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by achieving growth through customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Maintain visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.

Additional Principal Duties

• Control costs by protecting company assets within Lids retail guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management, including processing shipments and returns.
• Assist in correct and timely counting of products.
• Support and follow all Lids retail policies, procedures, and principles.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the time.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent. Less Than High School Graduate.
