Our facility is looking for a DRIVER, who is also a STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant), who will provide compassionate transportation for residents and support their care during appointments. • Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy visits, and other approved destinations using the facility vehicle.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle while providing compassionate, courteous service.
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with nursing staff and outside providers.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Valid STNA License in Ohio
• Ability to safely operate a passenger van.
• Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, transportation, or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent service to residents and staff.
