Position Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join a collaborative creative team supporting a variety of print and digital design projects. This role will have a strong print and packaging design focus, with an emphasis on creating, updating, and preparing production-ready artwork.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working within established brand guidelines and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with members of the creative and marketing teams to support a variety of design needs

+ Create, maintain, and update existing design files and creative assets

+ Develop and adapt designs according to established brand guidelines

+ Create and update product labels and packaging artwork

+ Edit and prepare product photography for use across print and digital materials

+ Develop and utilize design templates for product labels and other creative materials

+ Prepare files for final print and digital production

+ Review artwork for accuracy, consistency, and errors before final production

+ Interpret technical documents and specifications for use in packaging and label design

+ Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred

+ Professional experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to print, packaging, labeling, or production design

+ Strong understanding of the print production process

+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors before production

Technical Skills

+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

+ Adobe In Design

+ Adobe Illustrator

+ Adobe Photoshop

+ Adobe Acrobat

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

+ Comfortable working in a Windows environment

+ Experience preparing production-ready files for print and digital use
